Local Advantage

PME is the only Illinois-licensed Elevator Contractor based in Southern Illinois. From our base in Mt. Vernon, we serve about a 1-hour radius, though if you twist our arm we’ll go a little further. Because we’re local, we can respond quickly, and unlike the “big guys” based in St. Louis or Evansville, we don’t charge extra for travel time or mileage.

We Fix Anything

We aren’t tied to any manufacturer or equipment. Our mechanics have years of experience diagnosing and repairing all types of conveyances, from wheelchair lifts to high-rise commercial elevators to early-20th-century antiquities.

Our services include preventive maintenance, diagnosis and repair, code upgrades, and modernizations.
