The challenge was to manufacture and ship a three-stop elevator with over 50 feet of travel to Center Grove High School’s Ray Skillman Stadium before the home opener. The project not only included the hoistway and elevator car, but also a modular machine room that would be installed next the elevator under the stadium bleachers.
The solution was a touchdown for Phoenix Modular Elevator. The project was completed in just four weeks, installed in three days and ready for use before the grand opening of the stadium. The project included a single hydraulic jack and a durable design that matched the look of the stadium perfectly. Red trim in the school colors topped off the project that was viewed as a huge success.
