Modular Elevator Products

We offer commercial elevators in 8 standard footprints, which meet the needs of most projects. We can also build to any custom size needed, to fit an existing hoistway or challenging building configuration.

AC3000 Modular Elevator

For travel up to 28 feet (33 feet for in-ground jack), our AC3000 family of products provides a single, self-supporting hoistway tower with all elevator components pre-installed inside.

For travel over 28 (or 33) feet, our AC4000 family stacks multiple hoistways to the desired travel distance up to 80 feet, the limit of hydraulic jacks. The elevator car and jacks are pre-installed inside the bottom section, and rails, electrical, and entrances are installed in each section. The additional sections are craned into position atop the bottom section, bolted to each other and attached to the building.

All footprints, including custom, are available in both AC3000 and AC4000 versions.

All Phoenix modular elevators are:

Compliant with ADA
Compliant with ASME 17.1 (2004 or 2007, depending on state requirements)
Available with in-ground or holeless jacks
Available with any combination of front and rear exits
Suitable for new construction or retrofit
Suitable for interior or exterior placement
